As more and more Filipinos work overseas, Avida will also be reaching out to them. As early as 1998, Avida opened an international office in Milan to address the needs of OFWs in Europe. A few years later, Avida offices were also opened in Singapore and Dubai.

The company continues to strengthen its sales force in areas where there are OFWs in Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and select Asian countries. These efforts will include setting up sales offices, a more aggressive brand building/marketing campaign, as well as a series of road shows. More tie-ups will also be established with financing institutions like sister company BPI and other remittance services to make it more convenient for OFWs to buy properties overseas.

...and, this is Avida's promise of quality!

Avida is celebrating its 20th anniversary with confidence that with the expansion of current projects, plus the opening of new projects, combined with a dedicated, highly-competent 2,000-strong stales force, it can double its sales target in the next two years.

Inspired by its mission of helping thousands of Filipino families reach their own happily-ever-afters, young couples starting their own families will find in Avida a reliable partner. Together they can provide a safe, secure, tranquil and beautiful haven for their children, where they can build and realize dreams for a lifetime.

There’s nothing sweeter for a Filipino couple, or an entire family than the chance to say to one another, “Dito na tayo forever” as they sit back and enjoy the life that they have long dreamed of.  As they experience the lifestyle that only Avida can offer—beautiful, safe, tranquil and convenient—they will surely be glad that they made the right choice.

Reaching New Markets
After providing dream homes for the middle-class, Avida is now poised to reach out to the Broad C market, aiming for families with a combined income of P20,000 to P60,000.

In NUVALI, Avida is set to launch a new development that will offer house and lot packages starting at a very affordable P1.4M.  This new residential haven was designed along the envoronment-friendly and sustainability thrust of Nuvali, which will allow more families to experience ecologically-sound living at its best. As with other Avida developments, the village will encourage interaction among members of the community through its open spaces, facilities and amenities.

Avida’s new brand, Amaia, will also launch a line of economic housing packages priced from P600,000 to P1.2M in Calamba, Laguna. Amaia will launch innovative house designs and distinctive community concepts all for the benefit of young Filipino families who want to start right in making their dream homes a reality.
