Find your way home with Avida

Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz chanted “There’s no place like home” three times to be transported back to her aunt’s house. Dr. Carlo and Carlota Magno found their home, not in Kansas, but in Cavite – Avida Settings, Cavite to be exact.

After living in Southern California for a long time and working hard in order to be able to move back to the Philippines upon retirement and settle here comfortably, the Magnos wanted a place that resembled the surroundings and feel that they’ve grown used to and be able to be actively part of a community.
